Community Response Lincolnshire (CRL) is a dedicated not-for-profit group, committed to supporting the local community, public services, and emergency response services.
Operating with the mission to bridge gaps in critical services during times of strain, CRL works alongside emergency services, local authorities, and voluntary organisations across Lincolnshire.

CRL is a registered not-for-profit charity, officially recognised on 17th July 2025. Every member of our team is DBS checked and qualified to at least Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) standard.

Our Roles & Services
Our dedicated members are equipped with the training and expertise to respond to a wide range of needs.
First Responder
Providing critical medical assistance at the scene of emergencies, trained to act in those vital first minutes.
Event Management
Ensuring the smooth, safe operation of local events — from village fêtes to large public gatherings across the county.
Traffic Control
Managing road closures and safely directing traffic during incidents and community events to keep roads moving.
Logistics
Transporting people, essential supplies, and equipment wherever they are needed most across Lincolnshire.
Stewarding
Guiding and supporting attendees at events, maintaining safety and ensuring everyone has a positive experience.
Car Parking
Coordinating safe, efficient parking solutions at large events, reducing congestion and improving safety.
Fundraising
Organising community fundraising initiatives to sustain our mission, expand our services, and invest in vital equipment.
Rest Centre Operations
Helping to set up and manage temporary relief centres during emergencies, providing shelter and support.

WHEN IT MATTERS MOST
Severe Weather & Medical Support
When Lincolnshire faces extreme conditions, CRL steps up. Our trained volunteers and 4x4 vehicles are ready to be deployed at short notice.
NHS Staff Transport
Transporting NHS staff, doctors and nurses to and from work — including reaching remote areas so critical medical care is never delayed.
Road Closures & Recovery
Managing road closures during severe weather and assisting with the recovery of stranded vehicles and personnel.
Welfare Pack Distribution
Distributing essential welfare packs to vulnerable residents and those in need during prolonged periods of severe or disruptive weather.
Home Visits During Inclement Weather
Using 4x4 vehicles, CRL ensures that doctors, nurses, and healthcare providers can reach patients in difficult-to-access locations during adverse weather conditions.
Transportation for Critical Supplies
We transport essential medical supplies, equipment, and personnel when conventional logistics are disrupted by environmental challenges.
Emergency Response Support
Working Alongside Blue Light Services
When emergency services face periods of high demand, CRL is there. Our trained personnel and vehicles provide critical auxiliary support to fire, police, and NHS services across Lincolnshire.

CRL supports local fire, police, and NHS services during periods of high demand — providing skilled personnel and vehicles for urgent scenarios.
Blue Light Assistance
Our professionally trained drivers are equipped to respond swiftly to emergencies under blue light conditions, aiding in life-saving operations.
First Responder Medical Care
Certified First Responders deliver critical medical aid to stabilise patients before ambulance services arrive — often in remote areas of Lincolnshire.

Disaster Relief Coordination
We assist in organising local relief efforts during natural disasters or significant disruptions, providing logistical and manpower support to local authorities and community groups.

CRL assisted at the Moulton Chapel Flower Parade, implementing road closures and marshalling traffic, during the parade of floats and vehicles. CRL also had the opportunity to run a stand, raising much needed funds for the charity.

2025 Bourne Christmas Tractor Run
